iVI is having trouble automatically looking up the right metadata for a show

The best way to make this work every time for shows with common names is to create a rule. On the rules tab of iVI's preferences you can create a rule along these lines...

if filename contains touch then set show tvdb id to 15565 

You can find the tvdb id for the show by visiting the TVDB website and searching for the show. In the results list it shows the id right by the show name.
