iVI is taking longer than I'd expect to look up show or movie information

iVI uses internet services to determine TV Show and Movie information. The most likely cause is that one of the services is running more slowly than normal which is causing the long time to find information. The good news is that iVI caches show information so it's much quicker to look up for subsequent files.
